We designed a structured, co-creation engagement that allowed clients to move from exploration to clarity in a short, focused timeframe. Rather than leading with abstract AI concepts, the approach grounded watsonx in the client’s real business context, ensuring relevance, confidence, and shared ownership from the start.
The engagement followed a disciplined flow. Teams began with use case discovery to identify high-value opportunities rooted in real user and business problems. This was followed by a hands-on lab where participants worked directly in real environments to explore watsonx capabilities. Insights from the lab were translated into defined user experiences and business problem statements, culminating in clear, pitch-ready narratives that aligned stakeholders and created momentum toward adoption.
